Application Form

Applicants must be 30 years of age as of May 28, 2026.

Applicants must be amateurs, i.e. they must not derive their primary source of income from public performance or piano teaching.

Applications is not complete without the $400 application fee. Please email your name and address, a copy of your driver license or other I.D. for proof of age (required), and a black-and-white photo suitable for publication in the program book (required) to BPAApiano@gmail.com. Applications won’t be accepted after 40 qualified contestants registered or the March 23, 2026 deadline is reached.

Payment Information

After clicking submit, you may follow this link to pay via PayPal. The Application Fee is $400. The application is not complete without payment, copy of I.D. and photo. Fee is non-refundable. Applications are accepted until we reach 40 contestants, or we reach the March 23, 2026 deadline. We prefer Application Fees be paid via Paypal, however if you would prefer to mail a check, or international money order made out to Boston Piano Amateurs Association, please mail to the address below:
